摘　　要：立法者从客观实际出发认知社会价值、社会秩序和社会规律,并以科学合理的立法活动加以确认,是法内在科学属性的体现和必然要求。作为立法活动的一项重要原则,"科学立法"不仅仅是一句口号,而是完善和发展法律体系的价值追求,需要深刻理解和把握,以订立科学性的标准。针对这一原则性的要求,进一步将其细化,具体界定科学性的含义及其标准,对立法理论与实践都有着重要意义和价值。从规范分析法学的角度衡量,科学立法应以合理性、合法性与合逻辑性为其核心标准。Inevitable requirements of legal inherent scientific properties are as follows： Legislators perceive social values, social order and social laws from the objective reality, and confirm them through scientific and rational legislative activities. As one of the important principles of legislative activities, ＂scientific legislation＂ is not just a slogan but the pursuit of the value of developing and improving the legal system, and therefore needs to be further understood and evaluated before we work out scientific standards. In accordance with such a principle, it＇s of vital importance, both in theory and practice, to define and specify the standards of scientific legislation. From the perspective of normative analysis, the core standard of scientific legislation should be based on rationality, legality and logicality.
