摘  要:针对传统电液激振器振动频率难以提高的现状,提出了一种基于差动连接的2D阀控单出杆液压缸的新型电液激振器。阐述了激振器的工作原理,建立了数学模型并进行了仿真分析,设计了电液激振器并进行了实验研究。理论和实验结果表明:振动频率在5Hz以下工作时,激振器输出的振动波形容易出现饱和现象;随着频率的提高,饱和现象就不容易出现。激振器输出力的大小与2D阀的轴向开口成正比关系,轴向开口越大,输出的力越大。The traditional electro--hydraulic exciters were very difficult to enhance the vibration frequency, so a new electro--hydraulic exciter based on single--rod hydraulic cylinder controlled by 2D valve was proposed. The scheme of electro--hydraulic exciter was described firstly, then the mathematical model was established and simulation analysis was executed. Finally, the electro--hy- draulic exciter was designed and the experimental research was performed. The theoretical and experi- mental results show the output waveform of exciter is prone to saturation under 5Hz; with improve- ment of agitating frequency, the saturation phenomenon is uneasy to appear. The output force of ex- citer is proportional to the axial opening of 2D valve, the greater the axial opening of 2D valve, the bigger the output force of exciter.
