摘　　要：以港口代际演进理论为背景,基于第四代港口功能对临港服务业的构成进行解析,分析宁波港的竞争地位和临港服务业发展态势,并结合港口功能升级的趋势,提出完善宁波临港服务业发展的策略。In the context of the port generation evolution theory, the paper defines the composition of the port service in- dustry based on the fourth - generation port functions. It analyses the status of Ningbo Port and the development of Ningbo port service industries. Combining with the goal of Ningbo Port function upgrading, the strategy about service industry de- velopment is proposed.
