摘　　要：以广东省金融后台产业基地建设为研究对象,系统总结广东省金融后台产业基地建设的现状和问题,深入分析广东省金融后台产业基地建设的综合环境,包括机遇与挑战、优势与劣势等,并在此基础上对应具体的省情特征提出针对性较强的发展思路和对策建议,建议涵盖基础建设、功能建设、环境建设和政府职能等。The paper studies the development of financial back - office service centers （FBOSC） of Guangdong province, by comprehensively illustrating its current situation and problems, and deeply analyzing the overall circumstances including chances, challenges, pros and cons. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some constructive proposals on infrastructural development, function development, environment development and governmental functions for FBOSC.
