摘　　要：以三螺旋理论为基础,针对目前我国区域人才共享过程中存在的问题,从政府、产业、大学三个角度提出构建区域人才共享模式的路径。Regional talent sharing mode has important implications for the mitigation of the regional talent structural contra- dictions and enhancement of regional competitiveness. At present, regional talent sharing has many problems, for example, concept -oriented error, system deficiencies and so on. The paper proposes a path of building a regional talent sharing mode from government, industry and university based on the triple helix theory.
