脂氧素A_4和5-脂氧化酶在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨脂氧素A4和5-脂氧化酶在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血中的表达及其意义。方法选择2012年2—9月于金华市人民医院因子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者27例为内异组,同期选取因卵巢囊肿行手术治疗的患者30例为对照组。酶联免疫吸附实验测定血清脂氧素A4的水平,实时荧光定量PCR技术检测外周血白细胞5-脂氧化酶mRNA的表达水平,采用LSD-t检验比较2组间脂氧素A4、5-脂氧化酶mRNA的差异,脂氧素A4和5-脂氧化酶mRNA表达水平间的相关性采用直线相关分析。结果内异组患者血清脂氧素A4水平为(330.78±48.62)pg/ml,较对照组(535.93±57.98)pg/ml明显降低(t=14.386,P<0.05);内异组患者白细胞中5-脂氧化酶mRNA表达水平为(1.54±0.54),较对照组(2.32±0.81)明显降低(t=4.232,P<0.05)。2组患者中脂氧素A4和5-脂氧化酶mRNA表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论脂氧素A4和5-脂氧化酶的表达下降可能参与了子宫内膜异位症的发生。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lipoxins A4 and lipoxygensse-5 in periph- eral blood of patients with endometriosis. Methods 27 patients with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery in People＇ s hospital of Jinhua were enrolled in this study from February 2012 to September 2012. In the mean time,30 pa- tients with begign ovary cyst undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected as controls. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent as- say was used to detect lipoxin A4 in peripheral blood. The level of lipoxygensse-5 mRNA in white blood cells were detected by real time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The differences of lipoxins As and lipoxygensse-5 between groups were compared by analysis of LSD-t test;and correlations between their expressions were analyzed by linear regression. Results lipoxin As level in endometriosis group was （ 330.78 ± 48.62 ） pg/ml, which was significantly lower than that in normal group [ （535.93 ± 57.98 ）pg/ml ] （t = 14. 386, P 〈 0, 05 ）. The expression of li- poxygensse-5 mRNA in endometriosis group was （1.54 ± 0.54）, which was significantly lower than that in normal group （ 2.32 ± 0.81 ） （ t = 4. 232, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was positive correlation between the levels of lipoxins As and lipoxygensse-5 in each group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Decreasing of lipoxins A4 and lipoxygensse-5 levels might contribute to the devel- opment of endometriosis.
