摘 要:目的探索TBL教学模式在麻醉专业临床模拟教学中的效果。方法选取实习的麻醉本科专业临床学生共计38人。随机分为2组,TBL组采用TBL模拟教学,ST组采用传统模拟教学,每组19人。在实习结束后,对学生理论和综合能力考核,并采用问卷方式调查学生的满意度和临床实习带教老师的满意度。结果与ST组比较,TBL组学生综合能力测试成绩显著提高,对学习的兴趣、团队意识及主动学习的培养均取得较好的效果(P<0.05);临床带教老师对TBL组学生的满意程度也显著高于ST组学生(t=2.488,P<0.05)。结论 TBL教学模式与ST教学模式比较,TBL教学模式明显提高了学生的满意度及积极性,更有利于培养学生的团队意识、自信心等不能通过测试成绩反映的能力,使得学生在临床实习中更加积极主动,TBL教学模式值得在麻醉临床教学中推广。Objective To explore the advantage of Team based learning (TBL) in anesthesiology clinical simulation teaching. Methods In this teaching reform,38 anesthesia students were randomly divided into TBL simulation teaching group (TBL) and traditional simulation teaching group ( ST, n = 19/group), Results of theoretical and comprehensive ca- pacity were measured, and the questionnaire survey was employed to evaluate the satisfactory degree of students and advis- er. Results The comprehensive capacity score was increased in TBL group compared to.ST group. The satisfactory degree of the students and adviser was increased in the TBL group compared to ST group ( t = 2. 488, P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion TBL possessed to advantage in developing sense of community, self-confidence and enthusiasm of study, which was very important to clinical training. TBL was deserved to popularize.
