摘  要:采用乳液聚合法,成功地将甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接枝到氯丁胶乳(CRL)上,红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱证实接枝产物的生成。引发体系研究结果表明,引发剂叔丁基过氧化氢-四乙烯五胺(t-BHP/TEPA)引发效率最高,当其质量占氯丁胶乳干质量的0.5%时,单体转化率和接枝效率分别可达99.1%、54.9%。根据分子轨道理论,采用密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3LYP方法,对CRL接枝反应的活性点和引发剂自由基夺氢活性进行了分析。发现,CRL与双键相连的α-C(非连接Cl原子位)的C-H位的反应活性相对最大,引发剂叔丁基过氧化氢(t-BHP)夺氢活性较大。此结论与实验结果相吻合。Methyl methacrylate (MMA) was grafted onto chloroprene latex(CRL) by emulsion polymerization. The structure of the grafted polymer was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The effect of the initiator concentration on the emulsion grafting efficiency was analyzed. The results show that the monomer conversion and the grafting efficiency reach 99.1% and 54.9%, respectively when the mass of initiator tert-butyl hydroperoxide/ tetraethylenepentamine (t-BHP/TEPA) is m (initiator)/m (CRL) -- 0.5/100. The graft sites and the capture hydrogen activity of initiator radical were analyzed by B3LYP method of density functional theory (DFT) basec on molecular orbital theory. It is found that the reaction activity of C- H point of a-C connected with double bond of CRL (not the point of connecting C1 atom) is higher, and the activity to capture hydrogen of initiator t-BHP is higher. Theoretical analysis coincided with experiment results.
