基于《医疗机构药事管理规定》与《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》的比较谈医院药学发展

摘　　要：目的:通过比较《医疗机构药事管理规定》和《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》的异同,了解医院药学今后的发展方向;方法:对《医疗机构药事管理规定》和《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》的各项条目进行逐一对比分析;结果:两者从章节、条目到内涵均存在较大不同;结论:《医疗机构药事管理规定》对今后医院药学的发展方向和工作重心有积极的指导意义,值得广大医务工作者和基层医疗机构负责人认真研读和贯彻执行。OBJECTIVE To understand the direction of development of hospital pharmacy in the future by comparing Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions with Temporary Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions.METHODS All the entries of Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions were compared with Temporary Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions one by one.RESULTS Compared with Temporary Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions,the Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions had many differences from chapter,entry and spiritual connotation.CONCLUSION The Regulations of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions has a positive guiding significance to the direction of development of hospital pharmacy in the future.It should be studied carefully and carried out by all medical workers and directors of medical institutions
