摘　　要：为了指导灯盏花素的临床用药安全性和有效性,对灯盏花素的药物相互作用研究进展进行综述。通过检索CNKI、PubMed和HighWire等数据库中国内外有关灯盏花素对药物代谢酶及转运体活性影响的文献,并对其进行整理和归纳。灯盏花素可能对P450酶系和Ⅱ相代谢酶中的某些亚型活性有影响,以及某些药物通过改变转运体的活性对灯盏花素产生影响,进而改变与其他相关药物合用时产生的相互作用。OBJECTIVE To review the progress of research on drug interaction of breviscapine,in order to guide the safety and efficacy of clinical medication of breviscapine.METHODS The domestic and foreign database about the activity of breviscapine on drug metabolizing enzymes and transporter protein were retrieved from CNKI,PubMed and HighWire,and then the main points and conclusion were organized and summarized.RESULTS Breviscapine could affect the activity of P450 enzymes and some subtypes of phaseⅡ metabolic enzymes,and some other drugs could affect breviscapine by changing the activity of the transporters.CONCLUSION Breviscapine may interact with other drugs by affecting some metabolic enzymes and transporter proteins.
