摘 要:目的探讨铅暴露对轻稀土矿区周围成人居民神经行为功能的影响。方法在轻稀土矿区周围随机抽取121名成人进行神经行为功能核心测试组合(NCTB),并按其血铅水平100μg/L为界分为对照组和暴露组,分析铅暴露对神经行为功能的影响。结果男性血铅水平129.00(±58.05)μg/L高于女性97.23(±45.15)μg/L;河水和空气中铅含量水平均超过国家标准;暴露组在手工提转敏捷度和目标追踪测验中得分低于对照组(P<0.05);进一步调整年龄、性别后发现铅暴露导致彝族居民的手工提转敏捷度和目标追踪测验得分下降,导致汉族居民目标追踪测验得分下降。结论稀土资源富集地区长期低浓度铅暴露可损害成人居民的周围神经行为功能。Objective To study influence of lead exposure on the neurobehavioral function of adults around light rare earth mining areas. Methods 121 adults were randomly selected from the light rare earth mining area to perform the neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB). They were divided into an exposure group and a control group based on their blood lead level. The influence of lead exposure on neurobehavioral function was analyzed. Results The average blood lead level of males was 129.00 ( _+ 58.05) p,g/L, higher than that of females, 97.23( + 45.15) Ixg/L. Lead levels of river water and air in this area were higher than the national stan- dard. The exposure group has lower scores in Santa Ana dexterity test and pursuit aiming than the control group (P〈0.05). After the adjustment of age and gender, we found that lead exposure led to reduction in the score of Santa Ana dexterity test of Yi residents and the score of pursuit aiming of Han residents. Conclusion Lead exposure around light rare earth mining area could bring nega- tive impact on the neurobehavioral function of adults.
