摘  要:目的调查儿童肺炎支原体感染状况,以协助临床早期作出诊断和治疗。方法胶体金法测定2 000例患儿血清中MP-IgM抗体,并做全面的其他实验室检查。结果在检测的2 000例血清中有520例MP-IgM呈阳性,在520例阳性的患儿中有442例其他实验室检查呈异常反应,且以学龄前儿童为高,男女比例相近,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论儿童MP感染率高,胶体金法检测血清MP抗体具有较高的敏感性和特异性,操作简单,有利于MP的早期诊断,可在临床中推广。MP肺炎可引起机体多种损害,可引起多种反应,该病原体主要通过呼吸道传播,发病在近几年有明显上升趋势。临床表现主要以咳嗽,发热,头痛,咽喉痛和肌肉痛为主。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the prevalence of natural infections with Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) among children, aiming to provide insight into the early diagnosis and treatment of MP pneumonia. Methods Colloidal gold method was used to detect the presence of MP-IgM antibodies in serum of 2 000 children. The specimens were also subjected to other comprehensive laboratory examinations. Results Among the 2 000 tested specimens, 520 cases were tested MP-IgM-positive, among which 442 cases exhibited unusual test results in other laboratory examinations. Most of the patients were preschool children, and the difference in the number of male and female patients were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The incidence of MP infections among children is high. Adopting colloidal gold in the detection of serum MP antibodies is a simple and highly sen- sitive and specific approach, which would be beneficial for the early diagnosis of MP pneumonia. MP pneumonia is primarily trans- mitted through the respiratory tract and may cause multiple damages and adverse reactions to the host. Incidence of MP pneumonia has increased dramatically over the years. The most commonly observed clinical symptoms include cough, fever, headache, sore throat, and muscle ache.
