农村Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖尿病知识与自我管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解农村Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖尿病知识及自我管理水平。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法对456名农村Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,采用统一的调查量表,进行糖尿病知识和自我管理水平问卷调查。结果农村Ⅱ型糖尿病患者疾病知识平均得分(42.93±1.50)分;自我管理总分平均值为(76.90±9.92)分,得分率为58.79%。6项因子的得分率依次为:遵医嘱服药(80.38%)、足部护理(60.85%)、饮食控制(59.06%)、高低血糖的处理(56.94%)、运动自我管理(52.25%)、血糖监测(48.59%)。经Pearson相关分析,自我管理6项因子均与糖尿病知识均成正相关,各项相关系数均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论农村Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖尿病知识和自我管理水平有待提高,应采取多种形式进一步加强疾病相关知识的健康教育,提高自我管理水平。Objective The study aimed to assess the levels of knowledge of diabetes and self-management among patients with Type II diabetes in rural areas. Methods 456 rural patients with Type II diabetes were selected by random cluster sampling and were asked to fill out a unified questionnaire to survey their levels of knowledge of diabetes and self-management. Results Average score of the patients on the knowledge of diabetes was 42.93 ± 1.50, and that on self-management was 76.90 ± 9.92, with a correct rate of 58.79%. The correct rates of 6 factors were medication adherence （80.38%）, foot care （60.85%）, dietary control （59.06%）, manage- ment of high and low blood sugar levels （56.94%）, exercise self-management （52.25%）, and blood sugar monitoring （48.59%）. Pear- son＇s correlation analysis showed that the 6 factors of self-management are all positively correlated with the knowledge of diabetes and all the correlation coefficients were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Improvement in the levels of knowledge of dia- betes and self-management among patients with Type II diabetes in rural areas is required. Stregthing the health education on dis- ease-related knowledge by multiple means should be implemented to enhance the level of self-management in diabetic patients.
