摘　　要：目的了解南京地区渔船民血防知识和行为的现状,评估血防健康教育干预的效果。方法干预前后分别采用调查问卷调查渔船民的血防知识知晓率和血防行为状况。结果渔船民血防知识知晓率由62.0%升为94.2%(χ2=575.23,P<0.01)。粪便直排入水船只的比例由91.9%降为50.5%(χ2=85.47,P<0.01)。愿意使用公厕和接受查病的渔船民比例分别由84%和33%升为97.7%(χ2=36.7,P<0.01)和71.4%(χ2=96.92,P<0.01)。结论血防健康教育干预效果良好,渔船民的血防知识知晓率和行为正确率大幅提高,但仍需要采取措施改变其排便入水行为。Objective The study was performed to evaluate the effect of health education on schistosomiasis control for fishermen and boatmen in Nanjing areas. Methods Before and after the health education and intervention, the awareness rates of correspond- ing knowledge and the correct behavior rates on schistosomiasis control in fishermen and boatmen were surveyed by questionnaire. Results The awareness rates of corresponding knowledge on schistosomiasis control in fishermen and boatmen were 62% and 94.2% （X2=575.23, P〈0.01） before and after the health education and intervention. The proportions of the boats with direct river defecation were 92% and 51% （~=85.47, P〈0.01） before and after the health education and intervention. The proportions of fishermen and boatmen who were willing to use public toilets were 84% and 97.7% 0~2=36.7, P〈O.01） before and after the health education and in- tervention. The proportions of those who were willing to be tested for schistosomiasis were 33% and 71.4% （X2=96.92, P〈0.01） be- fore and after the health education and intervention. Conclusion The awareness rates of corresponding knowledge and the correct behavior rates on schistosomiasis control in fishermen and boatmen were increased after the health education and intervention. However, there are still a large number of fishermen and boatmen who defecate directly into river. So health education and interven- tion on defecation behavior still need to be reinforced.
