摘　　要：目的了解农四师现阶段包虫病的流行现状,为控制包虫病的流行提供依据。方法根据国家《全国包虫病流行情况调查方案》和《兵团包虫病流行情况调查方案》,调查四师人群患病率、儿童感染率、犬感染率、家畜内脏感染情况及人群包虫病防治知识知晓率,计算机录入资料、建立数据库,在Epi Infor2007软件做统计分析。结果从四师18个团场中抽查7个团场的16个连队4 855户3 618名居民的包虫患病及感染调查结果显示,人群包虫患病率为0.19%,儿童感染率为2.14%,犬感染率为0.63%,家畜内脏感染率为0.97%,人群包虫病防治知识知晓率为73.55%。结论农四师包虫病处于较低的流行水平,主要受经济、地理环境、自然条件、人文环境的影响,需要政府主导,各部门协调配合,才能有效控制包虫病。Objective The study was conducted to determine the prevalence of eehinococcosis at the fourth agricultural division, aiming to provide a reference for the control of echinococcosis epidemic. Methods The incidence, infection rate of children, infec- tion rate of canines, infection conditions of viscus of livestocks, and awareness rate on the knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and control at the fourth agricultural division were surveyed in accordance with the National Echinococcosis Prevalence Survey Plan and the Corps Echinococcosis Prevalence Survey Plan. The obtained survey data were digitized and used to establish a database; the data were analyzed by Epi Infor 2007. Results Analysis of the prevalence of echinococcosis and echinococcosis infec- tions among 3 618 residents in 855 households in 16 companies of 7 corps from 18 corps of the fourth agricultural division showed that the incidence of echinococcosis, child infection rate, canine infection rate, and infection rate of viscus of livestocks were O. 19%, 2.14%, 0.625%, and 0.97%, respectively, and the awareness rate on the knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and control was 73.55%. Conclusion Incidence of echinococcosis at the fourth agricultural division is relatively low. Prevalence of the disease is primarily influenced by economics, geological environments, natural conditions, and cultural environments. Government guidance and coordination and cooperation of various agencies are required to effectively control the epidemic of echinococcosis.
