摘  要:目的评价改良后的纳米TiO2光催化技术空气净化消毒机对白色葡萄球菌的消毒效果。方法改进纳米TiO2光催化空气净化消毒机的过滤网和纳米TiO2光催化反应器、增加活性炭吸附、增加电辅加热系统、增加负离子发生器、采用最优风面智能控制系统。用白色葡萄球菌在封闭实验室制成气雾,比较不同风速、不同时间点纳米光催化空气消毒机组消毒后残余细菌总数,以确定纳米光催化空气净化消毒机的消毒效果。结果改良纳米光催化空气净化消毒机风速为1 500 mm/s时,作用30 min、60 min和90 min对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为99.98%、100%和100%,对照气雾室白色葡萄球菌自然衰亡率分别是24.65%、38.84%和58.24%,各时间点残余菌数与对照相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。消毒机风速为800 mm/s时,上述时间点的杀菌率分别为99.88%、99.99%和100%,残余菌数与对照组相比差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。风速为1 500 mm/s与800 mm/s的试验组相比,仅30 min时间点杀菌率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其他时间点差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良的纳米光催化空气消毒机作用30 min可有效清除空气中的白色葡萄球菌,可用于公共场所空气消毒。Objective The objective of the study was to evaluate the sterilizing effect of an optimized photocatalytic air purifier with nano-sized TiO2 on Staphylococcus albus. Methods Filter and nano-TiO2 photocatalytic reactor of the photocatalytic air purifier were improved, adsorption of activated charcoal was increased, electronic heating system and negative ion generator were added, and optimized smart wind controller was adopted. Staphylococcus albus were nebulized into an enclosed chamber and were counted af- ter sterilization by the photoeatalytic air purifier with nano-sized TiO2 under different wind speeds and at various time points to e- valuate the sterilizing effect of the air purifier. Results Sterilization rates of the optimized photocatalytic air purifier, with the wind speed set at 1500 ram/s, on Staphylococcus a!bus in the aerosol chamber at 30, 60, and 90 min were 99.98%, 100%, and 100%, respectively; while natural death rates of Staphylococcus albus in the control chamber were 24.65%, 38.84%, and 58.24% at 30, 60, and 90 min, respectively. At all time points, residual bacterial counts were significantly lower than the controls (P〈0.001). When setting the wind speed at 800 ram/s, sterilization rates at the three time points were 99.88%, 99.99%, and 100%, respectively; residual bacterial counts were also significantly lower than the controls. If comparing the wind speeds of 1500 mm/s and 800 mm/s, only the sterilization rates at the 30 min time point showed significant difference (P〈0.001) ; difference in sterilization rate between the two wind speeds were not statistically significant at other time points (P〉0.05). Conclusion The optimized photocatalytic air pu- rifier with nano-sized TiO2 can effectively ehminate Staphylococcus albus in the air in 30 min, and is suitable for air sterilization in public spaces.
