摘  要:通过解读国家文件,了解专用钻孔和专用管路应用于避难硐室的发展轨迹,阐述《关于加快推进煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设的通知》对于避难硐室建设方式的调整,分析了对于该文件的解读误区,指出采用专用钻孔或者钻孔管路方式的避难硐室是否完全不再配置高压氧气瓶、有毒有害气体去除和温湿度调节装置,还需要根据矿山具体情况来确定。从地域方面划分《关于加快推进煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设的通知》对于避难硐室建设产生的影响以及未来建设走向。With the interpretation of the state documents and the understanding on the development trace of the special borehole and special pipeline applied to the refuge chamber, the paper stated the adjustment of the construction method for the mine refuge chamber according the " Notice on Speedy Promotion of Emergency Escape System Construction in Underground Mine" and analyzed the interpretation on the misunderstanding sections of the document. The paper pointed out whether the refuge chamber with the special borehole or special pipeline should have the high pressure oxygen bottles, the toxic and harmful gas removing device and the temperature and humidity condition device or not and should be determined according to the certain conditions of the mine. From the regional division, the paper stated the influences occurred by the refuge chamber construction and the future construction orientation according to the "Notice on Speedy Promotion of Emergency Escape System Construction in Underground Mine".
