摘  要:介绍了安泰选煤厂原有的煤泥水系统工艺及其存在的问题,通过分析浮选入料的筛分组成,进一步说明了工艺优化的合理性及必要性,并提出改变浮选入料组成及压滤机滤液水走向的优化方案,通过对比工艺优化前后的运行结果,结合经济分析对其评价,结果表明:工艺优化后解决了浮选效果差和洗水浓度高的问题,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。The primary process and existing problems in Antai coal preparation plant was introduced, by analyzing the screening results of flotation feed, the necessity and rationality of process optimization was confirmed. The optimization scheme was proposed to adjust the flotation feed composition and the flow direction of the filtrate. The working and economic conditions before and after the optimization were compared. The results show that, though the technology optimization, the flotation efficiency was enhanced and the concentration of circulating water was lowered, improving both the economic and environmental benefits.
