摘  要:制定科学的电耗定额,是企业节约能源、降低成本的重要手段。以煤炭为唯一对象的定额制定方法,无法实施真正意义上的定额管理责任制。论文基于作业成本理论,划分煤矿各作业,确定作业电耗动因,选择定额制定的基本方法,制定了煤矿各作业的电耗定额。通过在神华宁煤集团枣泉煤矿的应用,证明该方法可为煤矿节约电能,带来经济效益。The scientific norm quota of electricity consumption is an important method to save energy and reduce cost for a company. For the method of norm quota only concerns coal mine, the quota management responsibility system can't be implemented in real meaning. Based on the activity cost theory, different activities of coal mine was classified, the activity electricity consumption motivation was determined and the basic methods of norm quota was chosen to formulate the electricity consumption quota for coal mine. The method was applied in Shenhua Ningxia Company saving electric energy and creating economic benefits.
