摘  要:针对矿井带式输送机故障保护可靠性差、保护种类不全等问题,设计了一种基于C8051F020和RS485总线的带式输送机综合保护系统,分析了带式输送机的常见故障类型,介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,确定了带式输送机输送带速度、温度、烟雾、跑偏等故障的检测方法。该保护系统采用上下位机的结构对传感器信号量进行采集和处理,实现了对带式输送机故障的智能判断,降低了误动率。In order to improve the reliability of fault protection for mine belt conveyor and to complement the protection modes, an intelligent protection system of belt conveyor based on C8051 F020 and RS485 buses was designed, common faults of belt conveyor were analyzed, hardware structure design and software design of the system were introduced. Detection methods of belt faults ( speed, temperature, fog and off tracking, etc. ) were proposed. Applying the structure of host computer and slave computer to collect and process various signal output through the sensors, the protection system realized real - time speed detection and intelligent judge of belt conveyor faults, reducing the malfunction rate.
