广东省外贸区域发展差异与外贸转型升级的关系研究

摘　　要：文章以广东省四大经济区域为立足点，根据2001—2011年广东省外贸发展区域年度数据，采用面板模型实证分析广东省外贸区域发展泰尔指数对GDP贡献率变动的影响，从而揭示出广东省外贸区域发展差异与外贸转型升级的关系。研究结果表明：（1）外贸区域发展的差异性显著，对外贸的转型升级产生负效应；（2）外商直接投资（FDI）在一定程度上促进了外贸产业的更新换代和升级改造；（3）外贸区域差异与转型升级二者偏效应关系在样本区间内趋于发散。据此提出缩小外贸区域发展差异、优化外商投资结构、合理分流外贸发展资源、加强落后地区外贸转型、实现外贸区域和谐、可持续发展等政策建议。On the basis of the 2001-2011 annual data of the four major foreign trade regions in Guangdong, this paper conducts an empirical study on the influence of the Theil index of Guangdong foreign trade regional development on GDP contribution rate change, thus demonstrating the relationship between differences of foreign trade development among various regions in Guangdong province and foreign trade transformation and upgrading. The research results are as follows： firstly, there exists a significant difference among various foreign trade regions, which has a negative effect on foreign trade transformation and upgrading; secondly, FDI, to some extent, promotes the upgrading of foreign trade; thirdly, the side effect between foreign trade difference and transformation and upgrading within the sample period tends to be divergent. It is accordingly suggested to narrow the difference of foreign trade development among various regions, optimize the FDI structure, shunt foreign trade development resources reasonably, and strengthen the foreign trade upgrading of backward regions, etc., so as to realize the sustainable and harmonious development of various foreign trade regions.
