摘　　要：目的调查分析北京市三级医院CT使用现状。对象与方法调查北京42家三级医院的CT设备及应用状况,内容包括CT的品牌、型号、数量,成像要求,影像要求,胶片观察要求和辐射剂量。结果所检查的医院CT扫描操作整体情况较好,但在检查方式、成像质量、剂量控制和胶片使用等方面也存在一些问题。结论北京市三级医院CT整体使用状况较合理,但仍需加强监控,持续改进影像质量。Objective To analyze the present situation of the application of CT in third-grade hospitals in Beijing. Subjects and Methods Analyzed the application conditions of CT equipment in 42 third-grade hospitals in Beijing, including the brand, model, quantity, scanning technical requirements, image requirements, film observation requirements, and radiation dose. Results CT scanning in these hospitals are in good condition, problems mostly come from the scanning mode, image quality, dose control, and the use of films. Conclusion The usages of CT in third-grade hospitals in Beijing are reasonable, but strengthened monitoring and continuous improvement of image quality are still necessary.
