摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅速发展,医院信息化建设的不断深入,许多医院均面临着新旧系统切换的问题。本文主要从系统切换方式、切换前的准备工作、切换实施方案及应急预案4个方面阐述我院进行系统切换的实践。Rapid development of the information technology and constantly-deepened construction of the informatization hospital have posed an issue of how to accomplish the transition between the outdated and new HISs （Hospital Information Systems） for many hospitals. Xiangyang Central Hospital was taken as an example in the paper for its successful practice of transition between HISs from 4 perspectives： transition mode, pre-transitional preparations, implementation plans and emergency plans.
