摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析了Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜在BSL-3实验室中的安装及调试流程,并给出了生物安全柜使用时的注意事项,以便BSL-3实验室管理人员和操作人员系统了解并正确使用Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜。Combined with engineering projects, this paper analyzes the specific workflow of installation and debugging of class II type B2 biosafety cabinet in BSL-3 laboratory. The announcements during the usage phase of biosafety cabinet are also summarized in this paper. Thus, management staff and operating staff of BSL-3 laboratory can understand the biosafety cabinet systematically and use the biosafety cabinet correctly.
