摘　　要：市场经济是人类二百多年来的重要发明。市场经济可以在短短的时间里生产出巨大的财富,让人类过上体面的生活。但市场经济呼唤有效的政府、有限的政府、廉洁的政府,尤其是多中心的政府,需要政府从传统的治理之道走向现代的治理之道,也就是善治。Market economy has been an important invention of humanity over nearly 200 years. Market economy is capable of producing tremendous wealth in a short period of time, allowing people to enjoy decent livelihood. However,market economy still needs effective government,limited government, and corruption-free government, especially the multi-centered government. It requires the government to change from the traditional governance to modern governance, which is benign governance.
