摘  要:【目的】探讨新疆‘红地球’葡萄果实着色过深的问题。【方法】以‘红地球’葡萄为试材,分析了地面遮阴对‘红地球’果实着色的抑制作用,以及果皮锦葵色素(Mv)含量与UFGT酶活性积累的关系。【结果】不同程度地面遮阴处理对果实着色有显著影响,随遮光率增加,果面光泽明亮度L*值和颜色组分b*升高,颜色组分a*、C*以及颜色指数(CIRG)下降。地面遮阴处理还明显抑制了UFGT活性,锦葵色素(Mv)的积累和UFGT活性表现出良好的一致性。Mv含量与果实色泽参数L*、a*、b*均达到极显著性相关,与CIRG之间的相关系数为0.871,呈极显著性正相关。【结论】不同程度地面遮阴显著抑制果实着色,遮光率为86.39%的地面遮阴处理,果实着色不均,果面呈光亮粉红色,Mv含量与UFGT酶活性最低。遮光率为57.93%的地面遮阴处理,显著改善果实着色,果面呈现光亮饱满的鲜红色。[Objective]The objective of this study was to solve the problem of over coloring berry of 'Red Globe' grape in Xinjiang. [Method] 'Red Globe' grape was used as material. Terrestrial shading was ex- ploited with different transparent rate black net. Berry coloring index, Malvidin (Mv) content and UFGT activity were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that berry coloring was significantly impacted by ter- restrial shading. With shading rate increasing, berry surface brightness L* and color component b* in- creased, the color components L^*、a^*、b^* Color Index of Red Grape (CIRG) decreased. UFGT activity was significantly inhibited by terrestrial shading. My content showed significantly positive correlation with UFGT activity. My content showed significantly correlation with berry color parameters L*, a* and b*. The correlation coefficient between My content and CIRG was 0.871, showed a significantly positive correla- tion. [Conclusion]Terrestrial shading could significantly inhibit berry coloring. 86.39% terrestrial shading significantly suppressed berry coloring and the berry showed bright pink. My content and UFGT activity were lowest. With 57.93% terrestrial shading, the berry coloring was significantly improved and berry sur- face showed full bright red.
