摘 要:【目的】研究有机硅表面活性剂对氯虫苯甲酰胺防治梨小食心虫的增效作用。【方法】在测定Silwet 408、HS-312和Breakthru S240、S200、OE441 5种有机硅水溶液的表面张力及其在固体表面的扩展性能的基础上,研究了200g·L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂药液中添加Silwet 408后表面张力和扩展性能的变化,并采用浸渍法测定了其对梨小食心虫卵的孵化抑制活性和毒杀活性。【结果】在质量分数大于0.001%时,5种有机硅均可显著降低水溶液的表面张力并显著增强其在聚苯乙烯表面的扩展能力,其中Silwet 408在质量分数为0.1%时效果最优;当200 g·L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂药液中含有0.05%Silwet 408时,其表面张力即开始显著降低,且在聚苯乙烯表面的扩展能力开始显著增加。室内毒力测定结果表明:添加0.05%Silwet 408的200 g·L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂2 000倍、3 000倍和4 000倍药液药后3 d对梨小食心虫卵的校正孵化抑制率分别为93.94%、84.85%和81.82%,Silwet 408质量分数为0.1%时则分别为98.99%、93.94%和89.90%,均显著高于未添加Silwet 408的对照药液;药后4 d校正孵化抑制率及校正杀卵率也显著高于对照药液。【结论】Silwet 408与200 g·L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂混用对防治梨小食心虫卵具有明显的增效作用。[Objective]The aim of the study is to study the synergism of organosilicone to chlorantraniliprole against Grapholitha molesta. [Method]the effects of Silwet 408 on the surface tension of 200 g" L-1 chlo- rantraniliprole SC and its expansion on the solid surface were nvestigated based on the determination of the surface tension and the expansion on the solid surface of Silwet 408, HS-312, Breakthru $240, $200, and OE441 aqueous solution. The bioactivity of 200 g. L-1 chlorantraniliprole SC with Silwet 408 against G. molesta eggs was also determined using immersion method. [Result]The results showed that five organosilicones significantly reduced the surface tension of aqueous solution and significantly increased its expansion on the solid surface. The effect of Silwet 408 was the best when its mass fraction was 0.1%. The surface tension decreased significantly after 0.05% Silwet 408 was added into 200 g" L-t chlorantraniliprole SC, while its expansion on the solid surface increased significantly. The laboratory bioassay results indi- cated that the control rates of hatching of 200 g· L^-1 chlorantraniliprole SC 2000-fold, 3000-fold, and 4000-fold diluents with 0.05% Silwet 408 against G. molesta eggs were 93.94%, 84.85%, and 81.82% on the third day after application, respectively, while they reached 98.99%, 93.94%, and 89.90% when the mass fraction of Silwet 408 was 0.1%. They were all significantly higher than those of other diluents with- out Silwet 408. Their control rate of hatching on the fourth day and correeted mortality were also signifi- cantly higher than that in control. [ConelusionlThe study suggested that Silwet 408 has signifieant syner- gism to chlorantraniliprole against G. molesta eggs.
