摘  要:在我国及世界其他柑橘产区,缺锌现象普遍,影响产量和品质。自上世纪30年代探明柑橘叶片斑驳黄化是由缺锌引起开始,对柑橘缺锌的研究逐渐被重视,如今已在柑橘缺锌的外观形态和细胞结构、酶活性和激素合成等生理生化变化,缺锌对产量、品质和抗逆性的影响,以及缺锌的诊断和矫治方法方面取得一定进展。但是,和其他植物缺锌研究相比,仍进展缓慢,存在较大差距。对迄今为止柑橘缺锌相关研究概况进行了综述,分析了存在的不足并展望了今后的研究方向,旨在为柑橘缺锌研究提供参考。Zinc deficiency, a common physiologic disorder of citrus in China and other countries, affects yield and quality of citrus fruits. Since citrus 'mottle-leaf' was first confirmed caused by zinc deficiency in 1930s, the studies on citrus zinc deficiency have been paid more and more attention to. Currently, some progresses have been made including morphological, cytological and physiological changes under zinc de- ficiency, and the effects of zinc deficiency on citrus yield, quality and stress tolerance, as well as the di- agnosis techniques and correction strategies of zinc deficiency. However, these studies are still limited and unsubstantial in citrus as compared with that in other plants. Herein, we summarized the current studies of zinc deficiency in citrus and analyzed its shortages and suggested future research priorities, in order to provide reference information for further zinc deficiency research in citrus.
