摘 要:针对传统农药残毒检测设备价格昂贵、体积庞大以及检测时间长的缺点,设计出一种基于光电转换法的农药残毒快速检测系统。该方法利用农药在有荧光剂共存时,氯代酚溶液受到一定剂量的可见光辐照后,其中间产物可与某些氧化剂反应产生强烈的发光原理。该系统通过综合运用化学发光原理、光电转换技术和智能微处理器技术,对农药和化学药品反应产生的光信号进行滤波、优化和辨识,快速检测出农副产品和环境中农药残毒的种类和残留量。目前常用的气相色谱、液相色谱等离线检测技术相比,该系统具有检测精度高、检测速度快、操作简便、便于携带等的特点。In order to solve the problems of the traditional pesticide residues detection such as high cost, huge volume and time- con- sumption, this paper proposed a kind of design about the pesticide residues rapid detection based on photoelectric conversion technolo- gy. This method principle is that chlorinated phenol solution was irradiated by the visible radiation; in which intermediate products and oxidant have strong reacts when pesticide residues solution contained with fluorescent agent. It synthetically uses chemical luminescence principle, photoelectric technology and intelligent microprocessor technology, and it can fast detect pesticide residue in agricultural and sideline products by filtering, optimization and identification light signal which is generated by pesticides and chemical reaction. Com- pared with the GC and liquid chromatography detection technology commonly used, it has the advantages of high sensitivity, precision, high speed of test, simple operation, easy to carry, etc.
