缩短顺式阿曲库铵起效时间的研究进展

摘　　要：背景肌松药是复合全麻用药的重要组成部分，顺式阿曲库铵作为一种新型中时效非去极化肌松药，有很多优点，是目前较为理想的非去极化肌松药。但是诱导时起效时间较长，麻醉诱导时容易发生缺氧、返流误吸等并发症。目的综述缩短顺式阿曲库铵起效时间的研究进展，为该药在临床麻醉中的应用提供参考。内容加快顺式阿曲库铵起效时间的方法有加大剂量法、预注法、联合用药等，文章从以上几个方面探讨各方法的优缺点。趋向缩短顺式阿曲库铵的起效时间，能减少诱导期的并发症，提高麻醉安全性。Background Muscle relaxant is an important part of combined general anesthesia, cisatracurium as a new type of non depolarizing muscle relaxants, has a lot of advantages, and it is an ideal non-depolarizing muscle relaxant at present. But its onset time is longer, so complications such as hypoxia, regurgitation and aspiration occur more frequently during the induction of anesthesia. Objective The aim of this paper is to review the research progress in shortening of the onset time of cisatracurium and provide some references for its clinical application. Content This review discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of shortening the onset time of eisatracurium, including large doses, priming principle and drugs combination. Trend To shorten the onset time of eisatracurium can reduce the complications during the induction of anesthesia, and improve the safety of anesthesia.
