摘　　要：背景右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine，DEX）是一种高选择性α2受体激动剂，具有镇静、镇痛、抗交感等多种药理作用和独特的“清醒镇静”而无呼吸抑制的特点，作为DEX“规定之外”应用之一的在产科中的应用将会越来越多。目的概述及评价DEX在产科麻醉和镇痛应用中的有效性及安全性，为临床用药提供参考。内容分析DEX在产科麻醉和镇痛中应用时可能存在的优势。趋向DEX在产科麻醉和镇痛中应用具有诸多优势和广阔的前景，但需要大样本的临床研究去证实。Background Dexmedetomidine （DEX） is a highly potent selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist with sedation, analgesic properties, sympatholytic and so on, which has a unique role as ＂conscious sedation＂ without relevant respiratory depression. As one of ＂off-lable＂ use, the application of DEX in obstetric analgesia and anesthesia will become more and more. Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of DEX administration in obstetric analgesia and anesthesia, and provide evidence for its clinical application. Content To analyze the possible advantage of DEX administration in obstetric analgesia and anesthesia. Trend DEX has been proved to possess many advantages in obstetric analgesia and anesthesia, and will be widely used in the future, but further studies needed to performed in large samples
