穴位按摩对肺心病患者免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位按摩对肺心病患者免疫球蛋白的影响.方法 选择2008年11月至 2012年11月威海市文登中心医院呼吸内科80例患者,按病例尾号将患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位按摩,15 d后对两组患者症状及免疫球蛋白值进行比较.结果 ①实验室指标：治疗后治疗组免疫球蛋白A（IgA）、免疫细胞活性检测自然杀伤细胞（NK）、淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞（LAK）、单克隆抗体3（OKT3）、单克隆抗体4（OKT4）、T淋巴细胞比值（T4/T8）及淋巴细胞转化率（LTT）[治疗组分别为（2.62±0.44）%、（38.64±7.46）%、（56.64±6.80）%、（66.34±8.21）%、（44.20±5.80）%、（1.62±0.24）、（62.83±7.35）;对照组分别为（1.21±0.59）%、（28.16±2.86）%、（56.64±6.80）%、（56.26±8.36）%、（29.94±6.9）%、（1.12±0.14）、（52.56±9.47）,P＜0.01]明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.治疗后治疗组单克隆抗体8（26.10±2.41）%低于对照组（27.62±6.28）%,P＜0.05.②临床综合疗效比较：治疗组总有效率为95.9%（39/40）,对照组为71.8%（28/40）,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（U＝195.00,P＜0.05）.结论 穴位按摩可改善肺心病患者的临床症状,提高免疫球蛋白.Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on immune globulin of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Method 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in respiratory department of internal medicine of Wendcng Central Hospital of Weihai city from November 2008 to November 2012 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. All the cases were treated with routine therapy. Based upon it, the treatment group adopted acupoint massage. After fifteen days, we observed the symptoms and the level of immune globulin gases of two groups and analyzed the statistically. Results （!）The movement of index of lab .. the levels of IgA, NK, LAK, OKT3, OKT4, T4/T8 of patients in the treatment group were significantly increased compared with the control group [the treatment group： （2.62± 0.44） %, （38.64± 7.46） %, （56.64± 6.80） %, （66.34± 8.21） %, （44.20± 5.80） %, （1.62± 0.24）, （62.83±7.35） ; the control group ： （1.21±0.59） %, （28.16±2.86） %, （56.64± 6.80） % , （56.26± 8.36） %, （29.94±6.9）%, （1.12±0.14）, （52.56±9.47）, P〈0.01] .The level of OKT8 of patients in the treatment group was decreased compared with the control group [ （26.10± 2.41） %, （27.62± 6.28） %, P〈（ 0.05]. %Comparison of the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.9% （39/40）, the control group was 71.8% （28/40） .There was a statistical difference between two groups （ U= 195.00, P〈0.05） Conclusion Acupoint massage could improve the symptoms of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and increase the level of the immune globulin.
