摘 要:目的 通过鸭跖草的肠吸收成分指纹图谱研究,验证中药成分吸收评价定性方法的可行性.方法 采用离体大鼠翻转肠囊法进行鸭跖草肠吸收;以高效液相色谱法(high-performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)构建化学成分指纹图谱,进行肠吸收成分定性指认;以大孔吸附树脂分段富集技术进行吸收成分的制备.结果 鸭跖草提取物在小肠的各个部分都可吸收,但吸收成分的种类有差异.结论 基于翻转肠囊法的中药成分吸收评价定性方法可行,并可用于指导吸收成分的富集制备.Objective To verify the feasibility of the components of traditional Chinese medicine absorption and qualitative evaluation by studying the fingerprint of intestinal absorption ingredients of Commelina. Methods Everted gut sac method was adopted to study intestinal absorption of Commelina communis L. in rats; Established HPLC (High-performance liquidchromatography, HPLC) was used to make qualitative analysis of the ingredients; Macro porous resin technology was taken 1~, purify the component. Results The extractive of Commelina communis L. could be absorbed in every part of the small intestine, but components absorbed were different. Conclusion The component of traditional Chinese medicine absorption and qualitative evaluation is feasible with the everted gut sac method, and it can be used to guide the preparation with comoosition accumulation.
