摘  要:目的挖掘潜在的心血管疾病风险基因,为疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供一定的参考。方法根据人类信号转导网络、心血管疾病相关的Toll样受体信号通路以及相关的表达谱信息,以网络motif及其包含的基因为研究对象,采用基因芯片显著性分析、网络motif筛选以及基因功能富集分析等方法对候选基因进行分析。结果经分析得到21个潜在的心血管疾病风险基因,有12个为已知心血管疾病风险基因。结论对所发现的潜在心血管疾病风险基因进行研究,以阐明心血管疾病发病机制有重要的生物学意义。Objective To find the potential risk genes of cardiovascular disease(CDV) , and to provide some reference for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of CVD. Methods According to the human signaling transduetion network, toll-like receptor signaling pathway , and a related expression profile data, the network motif and its genes were taken as the research object. The methods of significance analysis of mieroarrays, motif screening and gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA) were adopted to analyze the candidate genes. Results 21 potential risk genes of CVD were found,in which 12 were confirmed as CVD related risk genes by references. These resuhs show our strategy is dependable. Conclusions Further study on the potential risk genes of CVD we have found is important to clarify the mechanism of CVD.
