摘 要:螺旋隔板是强化管壳式换热器壳侧传热十分有效的壳程结构型式。以现场的压缩空气为工质 ,分别对花瓣状翅片管 (以下简称为 PF管 )与低肋管在螺旋隔板支承下的传热与流阻性能进行实验研究。结果表明 ,花瓣状翅片管比低肋管具有更优越的传热性能 ,在同等的 Re下 ,PF管螺旋隔板换热器的壳侧传热系数比低肋管螺旋隔板换热器高出 40 %~ 60 % ,而且其压力损失比低肋管低 30 %~ 40 %。Helical baffles heat exchanger is one of the high efficient shell and tube heat exchanges.Heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of petal shaped fin tube and low finned tube heat exchanger with helical baffles were introduced,in which compressed air folwing in the shell side.The experimental results show that petal shaped fin tube has better heat transfer characteristics than low finned tube. Under the equal Reynolds number, petal shaped fin tube is 40~60 percent higher than low finned tube in heat transfer coefficient,and about 30~40 percent lower than low finned tube in pressure drop. In addition,it is also compared with smooth tube under helical baffles and segment baffles respectively.
