摘  要:试验研究环保醚酯类增塑剂RPL-1对打印机胶垫胶料性能的影响,并与加入增塑剂DOP的胶料进行对比。结果表明,加入增塑剂RPL-1的硫化胶的热稳定性、物理机械性能、耐热空气老化性能优于加入增塑剂DOP的硫化胶,能够替代DOP在打印机胶垫中使用。The aim of this work was to study the impact of RPL - 1, an environment - friendly ether - ester plasticizer, on the properties of the printers'rubber gasket ingredients. The materials containing RPL -1 were compared with those added with DOP in this experiment. The result showed that , compared with the latter onevulcanized, rubbers with RPL - 1 had a better performance on thermal stability, heat - aging resistance, physical and mechanical properties. It suggested that RPL - 1 could be used in rubber gaskets of printers as a replacement of DOP.
