摘 要:能量回收机组对于重油催化装置节能降耗起着重要作用。合理选型,使烟机的设计点与装置的实际运行负荷,与主风机的特性相匹配是提高回收率的关键。对于双级烟气轮机,催化剂的沉积和磨损是导致烟机振动升高的重要因素。利用状态监测和故障诊断技术,能较有效的指导能量回收机组的运行和检修。降低通过临界喷咀的烟气量,充分利用烟机和主风机入口蝶阀调节,有较好的节能效果。Energy recovery unit plays an important role in energy conservation for heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. The key point of improving recovery rate is to balance the design point of flue gas turbine with actual operating load,and to match with the characteristic of main air blower by reasonable unit selection. For the two- stage flue gas turbine,catalyst deposition and wear is an important factor that leads to flue gas turbine vibration increasing. Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis can instruct the operation and maintenance of energy recovery units effectively. A good energy- saving result can be obtained by reducing the flue gas volume through the critical nozzle and making full use of inlet butterfly valves in the flue gas turbine and main air blower.
