摘  要:随着原油劣质化及开采过程中添加的含钙助剂的增加,进厂原油中钙含量日益增加。高钙原油给原油加工过程带来的危害也日益突显,它不仅影响着电脱盐的效率、加快了设备腐蚀,而且对原油的二次加工带来极大的危害,如造成催化裂化催化剂快速失活,产品分布恶化等,还对后续加工单元的产品品质产生了重大影响,如延迟焦化石油焦的灰分等。在众多原油脱钙技术中,以螯合沉降法应用最为广泛,文中介绍了螯合沉降脱钙剂的工作原理以及使用注意事项。The trend of lower quality crude oil and the additive with calcium on crude oil mining process that increasing the calcium content in the crude oil. The hazards of high content of calcium in the crude process, such as causing rapid deactivation of FCC catalysts, worsening the product distribution. What's more, it also had a significant impact on product quality, such as the ash content of petroleum coke. Chelating settlement decalcifying method is widely used in crude oil d delayed esalting coking of process to remove the metal ions, especially the Ca2+. So the mechanism of chelating settlement decalcifying agents and precautions was discussed in the paper.
