艾滋病及梅毒对心脏瓣膜影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病及梅毒患者心脏瓣膜的声像图特征。方法使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察26例单纯艾滋病、13例单纯梅毒及15例艾滋病合并梅毒患者的心脏瓣膜厚度与30例正常对照组分别进行对比,观察并分析他们的声像图改变及特征。结果本组资料显示单纯艾滋病、单纯梅毒或艾滋病合并梅毒患者心脏的主动脉瓣左、右、无冠瓣,二尖瓣前叶及三尖瓣隔叶厚度与正常对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),单纯艾滋病和艾滋病合并梅毒患者心脏的三尖瓣前叶厚度与正常对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),单纯艾滋病、单纯梅毒或艾滋病合并梅毒患者心脏二尖瓣后叶厚度与正常对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾滋病及梅毒对心脏瓣膜有一定影响,超声心动图检查可以及早发现心脏瓣膜的损害。Objective To discuss the heart valves sonograms in patients with HIV and syphilis. Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to check 26 patients with AIDS, 13 with syphilis, and 15 wih both, and compare their heart valves thickness with 30 in normal control group. Observing and analyzing their sonographic changes. Re- sults The data shows statistical significance （P〈0.05）, when compared the three experimental groups and normal control group of the thickness of cardiac aortic left, right, no crown valve, mitral valve and tricuspid leaf;The com- parison of the thickness of cardiac tricuspid medial between simple AIDS and combined HIV and syphilis cases and normal control group of also show the statistical significance （P〈0.05）, while comparison of the thickness of leaf after mitral valve between the three experimental groups and normal control group shows no statistical significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions HIV/AIDS and syphilis has certain influence on the heart valves, eehocardiography could help to identify the damage of heart valve as early as possible.
