摘 要:目的探讨不同参数对低频诊断超声联合微泡辐照下肿瘤血管通透性的影响,从而为优化低频诊断超声联合微泡的影响参数提供可靠的实验依据。方法使用低频诊断超声联合微泡对肿瘤组织进行持续辐照,设置不同水平的辐照时间、机械指数(mechanical index,MI)、微泡剂量,以辐照后肿瘤组织中EB渗出情况作为定量评价指标,检测不同参数条件下肿瘤组织EB含量的变化。结果随着辐照时间的延长、MI的升高、微泡浓度的增加,肿瘤组织中EB含量均有相应的改变。结论低频诊断超声联合微泡可增加肿瘤血管通透性,辐照时间、机械指数、微泡浓度是影响其作用效果的重要因素。Objective To investigate the effects of different parameters on tumor permeability under microbubble enhanced low frequency diagnostic ultrasound exposure, and to provide experimental basis for the optimized para- ments, in order to obtain best result. Methods The transplantated tumors were exposed to contrast-enhanced low fre- quency diagnostic ultrasound with different groups of exposure time, mechanical index(MI), microbubble concentra- tion. Evens blue effusion status in the irradiated tumors was analyzed quantitatively, and the EB amount was compared between groups to determinate the optimal Ultrasonic irradiation Parameter. Results The irradiated tumor vascular permeability was increased with exposure time, MI and microbubble concentration. Conclusions Low-frequency diag- nostic ultrasound mediated microbubble destruction can increase the tumor vascular permeability. The exposure time, MI and mierobubble concentration were important influence factors that accounts for the increased tumor vascular per- meability.
