陕西白河烟区烟叶化学成分评价及与津巴布韦烤烟的相似性分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解陕西白河烤烟化学成分特性。[方法]对陕西白河烟区烟叶化学成分进行了评价,并与津巴布韦烤烟进行了相似性分析。[结果]分析表明,白河烟区烟叶烟碱、总氮含量及钾氯比平均值处于适宜水平,其他化学指标的平均值稍偏高或偏低;烟叶化学可用性指数平均值为0.61,烤烟化学指标总体质量处于中等水平;烟叶化学指标与对应部位津巴布韦烤烟接近中等相似,各等级烟叶的相似距离系数平均值以B2F最小。[结论]研究可为提高白河烤烟工业可用性提供理论依据。[ Objective] To understand chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in Baihe of Shaanxi Province. [ Method] The chemical com- ponents of Baihe tobacco growing area in Shaauxi Province and its similarity with Zimbabwean flue-cured tobacco were analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that the average contents of nicotine, total nitrogen and the ratio of potassium to chloride in the samples were within suitable range, while those of the other chemical indies were slightly lower or higher. The mean value of chemical usability index of the samples was O. 61, which indicated that the overall quality of flue-cured tobacco chemical indicators was close to moderate level. Chemically the domestic samples and Zimbabwean flue-cured tobacco leaves of the same stalk positions was of moderate similarity, for different grades, the average simi- larity distance coefficients of B2F were the smallest. [ Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for improving Baihe flue-cttred tobacco industrialization.
