摘 要:利用生物质致密成型技术将农林废弃物如秸秆、木屑和枝桠等进行压缩成型得到具有一定形状和密度的生物质成型燃料,是实现生物质能源有效利用的重要手段之一。在加工成型燃料的过程中,环模成型机凭借其压缩密度大、成型效果好等特点被广泛使用着,但这种成型机普遍存在模具寿命短、维修成本高、更换不便等缺陷。针对这些问题,对环模成型机的成型模具结构进行全新的改进设计,并对成型模具在工作过程中进行了力学分析,为环模成型机的结构优化提供了理论依据。Compressing the agricultural and fi)restl3,' wastes such as straws, wood chips and little branches and so on into biomass briquettes of a certain shape and density by the means of biomass compact molding technology, is an important means of the effieien! use on biomass ener- gy. In the princess of producing biomass briquettes, ring-die molding nmchines are being widely used beeause of its molding characteristics of high density, effective forming etc. But these machines have some defects, such as a short die's life, high maintenance' s ('ost, inconvenient replacement etc. In view of the above defects, a new improved design of the mould' s structure was put forward and a mechanical analysis of the mouhts when they are working was eondueled, so that it can provide a theoU, basis for/be slruclure' s optimization of ring-die molding ma- chines.
