摘　　要：湖北省实施测土配方施肥项目取得较大成效,为保障农业生产稳定发展起到了关键的支撑作用。为提高配方肥到位率,通过组织方式创新、工作机制创新和服务手段创新,探索了政府主导、多方参与的,以推动农民"按方施肥"和"施用配方肥"为路径的七大整建制推进模式。Great achievements that have been made by implementing the soil testing and balanced fertilizing project in Hubei province played a key supporting role in ensuring the stable development of agricultural production.In the aim of increasing the application rate of formula fertilizer,by means of organization innovation,working mechanism innovation as well as service innovation,seven promoting modes of integrative construction system with government-leadership and multiple participation were explored so as to promote ＂prescription fertilization＂ and ＂formula fertilizer application＂ among farmers.
