摘 要:自菲律宾进境旅客携带的小红辣椒中截获1头低龄实蝇幼虫。分别用辣椒实蝇(Bactrocera latifrons)、橘小实蝇(B.dorsalis)和地中海实蝇(Ceratitis capitata)的特异性引物lati1/lati2、PF-1/PF-2和CCCA-COL-L/CCCA-COL-R对样品总DNA进行PCR扩增和测序后,与Genbank中已知序列比对,结果表明该实蝇与Genbank中辣椒实蝇(FJ903498.1)的同源性达99%。结合形态学特征,确认截获的样本为辣椒实蝇(Bactrocera latifrons)。A fruit fly low instar larvae was intercepted in red peppers which were taken by a passenger from Philippines.The total DNA was extracted and amplified with the primers lati1 / lati2、 PF-1 / PF-2 and CCCA-COL-L / CCCA-COL-R of Bactrocera latifrons,B.dorsalis,Ceratitis capitata.After sequencing and blasting in Genbank,the results indicated that the homology between the fruit fly and Bactrocera latifrons(FJ903498.1) was 99%.According to the sequence and morphological characters,the larvae was identified as B.latifrons.
