摘　　要：对贵州省石松类植物水韭科(Isoetaceae)珍稀濒危植物1种和卷柏科(Selaginellaceae)药用植物21种、2亚种的分布产地、保护价值、收录现状进行了阐述,其中5种、1亚种为中国特有。同时整理出贵州省水韭科(1属1种)和卷柏科(1属31种、2亚种)植物名录,并诠释了部分种类分类地位的变更情况。The distribution,conservation value,embodying status of Lycopsida species,1 rare and endangered Isoetaceae species and 21 species and 2 subspecies of medicinal Selaginellaceae plants,in Guizhou province were discribed,of which 5 species and 1 subspecies were endemic to China.And the list of plants of Isoetaceae（1 species in 1 genus） and Selaginellaceae（31 species and 2 subspecies in 1 genera） in Guizhou province were sorted out.Furthermore,the change of the taxonomic status of some species was interpreted.
