凡纳对虾crustin 2基因的序列及结构分析

摘　　要：以凡纳对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)crustin 2基因为研究对象,通过基因克隆、氨基酸序列比对、系统进化树分析以及分子结构的初步预测。结果表明,crustin 2基因可能在凡纳对虾的先天免疫系统中发挥着重要的抗菌功能,是一个重要的免疫效应基因。The crustin 2 gene of Litopenaeus vannamei was taken as the study object,and the gene cloning,the amino acids alignment,the analysis of the phylogenetic relationships,and the forecast of the molecule preliminary structure were executed.The results indicated that the crustin 2 gene might play an important antibacterial role,and it was an important immunity relevant gene.
