摘 要:【目的】以期考察不同菌剂对发酵产物中生物腐植酸含量的影响,探索畜禽粪便规模化发酵生产高生物腐植酸含量肥料的可行性。【方法】以猪粪为原料,按添加不同菌剂设3个处理(菌剂A:8个菌种,浓度1.5-2.0×108 CFU/g,添加比例为0.3%;B:5个菌种,0.5-1.5×108 CFU/g,0.3%;C:3个菌种,≥2.0×108 CFU/g,3%),另设不添加菌剂处理为对照,进行单因素自然堆沤发酵试验,测定发酵产物中的生物腐植酸含量。【结果】不同菌剂处理下达到最高生物腐植酸含量的时间不同,添加菌剂处理均有利于提高发酵物料的腐植酸含量,以菌剂A处理效果最佳,生物腐植酸含量达15.63%,生物腐植酸提高率达112.94%。【结论】添加菌剂可提高猪粪发酵中生物腐植酸含量,但要获得高生物腐植酸含量肥料则须注意选择合理的发酵周期。【Objective】In order to explore the feasibility of producing fertilizer with high biological humic acid using animal manure, effects of microbial inoculum on humic acid content of fermented products were studied. 【Method】Three treatments of pig manure added with microbial inoculum were designed (microbial inoculum A:8 strains,concentration 1.5-2.0×108 CFU/g,appending proportion 0.3%;B:5 strains,0.5-1.5×108 CFU/g,0.3%;C:3 strains,≥2.0×108 CFU/g,3%). The control had no microbial inoculum. A single factor experiment of natural composting was conducted to determine biological humic acid content in fermented products. 【Result】The results showed that microbial inoculum improved biological humic acid content. Microbial inoculum A had the best effects with biological humic acid content of 15.63% and increase rate of 112.94%. 【Conclusion】It is feasible to produce fertilizer containing high biological humic acid content using pig manure. Special attention should be paid to fermentation period.
