摘　　要：目的：总结外固定架固定交腿皮瓣的护理配合。方法：2009年12月~2012年10月,参与33例外固定架固定交腿皮瓣的护理配合,观察其效果。结果：本组33例皮瓣均未发生血管危象,除1例皮瓣边缘少部分坏死、经换药愈合外,其余皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣供区植皮成活良好。患肢及健肢功能活动良好,患者主观感觉满意。结论：外固定架固定交腿皮瓣的成功离不开护理人员的护理配合。Objective：To summarize the nurse matching of external fixation to fix cross leg flap. Methods：Between December 2009 and October 2012, 33 patients of external fixation to fix cross leg flap was nursed, to f observe the curative effect. Results：The skin flaps of 33 patients no appeared blood vessel articulo, 1 case were distalis epidermis necrosis to heal after change dressings, 33 cases were take, skingrafting of flap donor site were take. The function of two leg was fine,the subject feeling of patient was content.Conclusion：The succeed of external fixa- tion to fix cross leg flap needed nurse matching.
