小儿静脉留置针临床使用中的问题探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿静脉留置针临床使用中出现的常见问题及解决方法。方法:本文对100例已出现使用问题的情况进行分析。结果:穿刺失败、留置针脱出、管腔堵塞、局部渗漏肿胀及静脉炎等为常见问题。结论:探讨并消除小儿静脉留置针使用中的不良问题,保证留置针在儿科的有效使用。Objective： To discuss the usual problems and solutions to the clinical use of pediatric intravenous catheter needle. Methods： Analyz- ing the 100 cases that come up against problems. Results： They are most common problems, such as puncture failure, indwelling needle e- merge, luminal obstruction, swelling and phlebitis . Conclusion： To discuss and solve the problems in the use of intravenous catheter needle, and to ensure the effective use of dwelling needle in pediatrics.
