摘　　要：详细介绍了Windows 95 /98/NT环境下用API函数来实现串行通信的方法 ,并根据实际经验提出了一些提高串行通信性能的方案。同时还以无线集散智能温度巡检系统为例介绍了串行通信的实现流程。The method to realize the serial communication in windows 95/98/NT is introduced and some improvements concluded in practice are provided.The temperature wireless intelligent measuring system is introduced as an example to show the application of this technique.
